Dear Parents,

Welcome to My Rainbow Kitchen’s Chinese Masterclass!

For those new to my classes, my name is Sayjel Patel. I am a certified chef and dietitian with 15 years of experience teaching adult and children’s cookery. My goal is to help students explore new flavours and learn about "good food" in an educational and enjoyable environment.

In this cook club, students will learn about Chinese and Korean ingredients while discovering common dim sum dishes.

Our skill-filled menu includes:

- Spring Rolls: Students will prepare a vegetable filling, master the art of wrapping, and fry their rolls to crispy perfection. They will also create a custom dipping sauce with less sugar than store-bought versions.
