This special celebratory Vietnamese Masterclass will take your party on a delicious voyage of discovery in Vietnamese cuisine, leaving you all with the skills & techniques to whip up an incredible array of Middle Eastern dishes in the future.
In a world of ready-meals and sauces claiming to be authentic, I will show you all how cooking from scratch tastes the best!
You and your team can experience varied and flavour-packed Vietnamese cuisine firsthand, and learn the entire cooking process for creating a variety of dishes from start to finish in just a few hours.
Where possible, we will be using local seasonal ingredients, and I will give suggestions on how each recipe can be modified throughout the seasons.
