Summer Holiday Cook Club - 'Orient Express!'

Welcome to my 'My Rainbow Kitchen' Kids Holiday Cooking Classes. I will be running 2-3 classes during the Summer Holidays.

For those that don’t know me already, my name is Sayjel Patel and I am a qualified chef and dietitian. I have been running children's cookery classes for the past 10 years. The aim of my club is to encourage your child to learn about ‘good food' and to explore new flavours in an educational and fun way.

During a typical session we will cover 2-3 recipes using quality ingredients. We informally discuss aspects of nutrition, food science, seasonality and where ingredients originate from. Each recipe will be utilising 1 or more essential cooking skills.

During the first of my Summer holiday clubs we will focus on ORIENTAL food trends and TikTok sensations.
