This Indian Masterclass will take you and your team on a delicious voyage of discovery in Indian cuisine, leaving you all with all the skills & techniques in order to whip out an incredible array of Indian dishes in the future.
In a world of ready-meals and sauces claiming to be authentic, I will show you all how cooking from scratch tastes the best!
You and your team can experience varied and flavour-packed Indian cuisine first hand, and learn the entire cooking process for creating a variety of dishes from start to finish in just a few hours.
Where possible we will be using local seasonal ingredients and I will give suggestions on how each recipe can be modified throughout the seasons.
