About the Event
Through out this current period I am offering Online Zoom classes for your children to learn independant cooking in a fun enjoyable way. This is the 5th class and proving to be very successful for our gourmet Mini Chefs!
During the class we will cover 1 key recipe using quality ingredients. Â We will informally discuss aspects of nutrition, food science, seasonality and where ingredients originate from where applicable.
This key recipe will be utilising 1 or more essential cooking skill.Â
For this weeks recipe we will be learning about ideal foods to pack for a picnic and also advising how to balance this sweet decadent treat with some healthy options! T
The children will make their own shortbread and sea salt caramel. They will also learn how to correctly melt chocolate finishing off of their Millionaires Shortbread
