About the Event
In this Patisserie Masterclass you will be given a specific pastry to make in your teams following a detailed demonstation!
Each sub team will be then judged on organization and working effectively as a team in addition to the Taste, Appearence & Balance of Flavours of the patisserie created.
Therafter you will then enjoy the fruits of your labour together with a sit down buffet and drinks for refreshment.
All participants are requested to take a lateral flow test at home within 48 hours of attending your class.
Please do not attend if you or any other household member are experiencing covid related symptoms.
Allergen information: this course uses wheat and dairy. We may be able to substitute ingredients, so please specify on your booking form.
