Registration Form for Sienna's 'Iced Doughnut' Party (INVITATION ONLY)

Welcome to My Rainbow Kitchen. I look forward to welcoming your child to Sienna's Iced Doughnut Party!  I would be grateful if you could complete all the information before attending the party.

During the party,  your child will learn about the basics of breadmaking and baking and will get to explore new flavours in an educational and fun way.

We will roll and shape their enriched bread dough and cover the basics of baking with yeast. We will prove our doughnut rings then prepare a variety of icings and toppings. Our doughnuts will then be fried before the children finally get to ice and decorate them.

The children will be offered soft drink or water and a few nibbles i.e. crisps, tortilla chips or popcorn during the party so please ensure your children have had a snack or lunch beforehand.

Drop Off & Pick up : Please drop off your children at the address provided. The party hosts and I will be available to welcome your child. Pick up is also from outside the premises. If the party is delayed or runs over there may be upto a 10-15 minute wait.

If you have permitted your child to go home independently please inform the party hosts.

Illness: Please do not send your child if they or any other household member are experiencing flu or covid related symptoms.

Dietary restrictrictions and preferences: Please state clearly on your booking form if your child follows any specific diets.

Allergen information: The ingredients in this class will include wheat and gluten. Nuts  are not used but I cannot guarantee any airborne nut contamination.

Safety & General Conduct: Although the class is a fun party event the children are required to follow basic safety rules in the kitchen.
