Registration Form for Mishika's Fajita Party!

Welcome to My Rainbow Kitchen. I look forward to welcoming your child to Mishika's Fajita Party!  I would be grateful if you could complete all the information before attending the party.

During the party,  your child will learn about the basics of Mexican & TexMex cuisine in an educational and fun way.

The girls will work in small groups and learn basics of Mexican ingredients and flavours.  They will begin by making their own Flour tortillas then  will prepare a selection of fillings for their Fajitas.  

They will be taught how to marinate, blacken their and cook their chicken to perfection. They will also make a fresh Guacamole & Salsa as well as prepare other vegetables and accompaniments before they assemble their Fajitas.

The girls will get to enjoy their meal close to the end of the party accompanied with a drink, so please ensure your children have had lunch beforehand.

Drop of & Pick up: Please drop your children at the address provided. The party hosts or I will be available to welcome your child. Pick up is also from outside the premises. If the party is delayed or runs over there may be upto a 10-15 minute wait.

Illness: Please do not send your child if they or any other household member are experiencing flu or covid related symptoms.

Dietary restrictrictions and preferences: Please state clearly on your booking form if your child follows any specific diets.

Allergen information: This course uses wheat and dairy and although nuts are not used I cannot guarantee any nut contamination.

Safety & General Conduct: Although the class is a fun party event the children are required to follow basic safety rules in the kitchen.
