Registration Form for Ellie's Sushi Party

Welcome to My Rainbow Kitchen. I look forward to welcoming your child to Ellie's Sushi Party!  I would be grateful if you could complete all the information before attending the party.

During the party,  your child will learn about the basics of Japanese cuisine in an educational and fun way.

The girls will work in small groups and work with typical Sushi  ingredients provided.  They will begin by making their own  preparing  a selection of fillings for their Sushi. I will demonstrate how to make a homemade Sweet Soy Dipping Sauce (with less sugar and none of the E numbers that the shop bought ones have!) to accompany their Sushi. Finally the children will  present their Sushi in a Sushi Takeaway Box with their dip to take home.

Please note this party is after lunchtime so please ensure your children have had a snack or lunch beforehand. Light nibbles and beverages will be available though.

Drop of & Pick up: Please drop your children at the address provided. The party hosts or I will be available to welcome your child. The host has made arrangements for your children's pick up from the party. 

Illness: Please do not send your child if they or any other household member are experiencing flu or covid related symptoms.

Dietary restrictrictions and preferences: Please state clearly on your booking form if your child follows any specific diets.

Allergen information: The ingredients in this class will include soy and raw sushi grade salmon. If you would you child has cooked seafood, please specify in your registration form. Nuts  are not used but I cannot guarantee any airborne nut contamination.

Safety & General Conduct: Although the class is a fun party event the children are required to follow basic safety rules in the kitchen.
