Its time to test your baking skills in this Eclairs Masterclass! Teams will be set the task to 12-14 identical and tasty eclairs. You will be rewarded with a Middle Eastern lunch and your very own freshly made eclairs!

About the Event
In this Eclairs' Masterclass you will be given a a detailed demonstration on how to make Choux Pastry from scratch then with this, how to create Perfect Eclairs.
You will make your eclairs in teams. Each team can choose their fillings and toppings and they will  be  judged on organisation and working effectively as a team in addition to the taste, appearance & balance of flavours of their finished eclairs.
Thereafter you will then enjoy the fruits of your labour together with a middle-eastern buffet and drinks for refreshment. You will be served your eclairs at the end of the meal where you can critique and off course devour the fruits of your labour!
All participants are requested to take a home covid test within 48 hours of attending your class.
Please do not attend if you or any other household member are experiencing flu or covid related symptoms.
Allergen information: this course uses wheat and dairy. We may be able to substitute ingredients, so please specify on your booking form.
