Welcome to My Rainbow Kitchen. I look forward to welcoming you My Middle Eastern Cookery Class.

To begin with, I will give you an introduction to key ingredients and hacks in creating the right balance of flavour for Middle Eastern Cuisine. I will demonstrate the spices and ingredients used to create authentic dishes. Together we will then create a special celebratory Middle Eastern meal for you all to enjoy following your class.

Where possible I will be using local seasonal ingredients and will give suggestions on how each recipe can be modified throughout the seasons.
