Party Registration Form for Maisie's 13th Birthday Party (INVITATION ONLY)

Welcome to My Rainbow Kitchen. I look forward to welcoming your child or children to Maisie's Dim Sum Party!  I would be grateful if you could complete all information before attending the party.

During the party,  your child to learn about ‘good’ food and to explore new flavours in an educational and fun way. 

We will cover aspects of simple nutrition, food science, seasonality and where ingredients originate from.

We will discuss food safety to ensure your child is safe!

The girls will be making their own Dim Sum from scratch and we will be using knifes during the class. I will be demonstrating knife skills and knif safety as part of the class. 

Following their class the girls will then have a meal followed by that all important celebratory Birthday cake. We plan to eat towards the end of the party around 4.15pm so please ensure your children have had a sufficient lunch before hand.

Drop of & Pick up: Please drop your children at the address provided. The party hosts or I will be available to welcoming your child. Pick up is also from outside the premises. If the party is delayed or runs over there may be upto a 10 minute wait.

Covid Info: All children are requested to take a lateral flow test either at a community testing centre or at home within 48 hours of attending the party. Please do not send your child if they or any other household member are experiencing covid related or flu symptoms.

Allergen information: this course uses wheat and dairy and all though nuts are not used I cannot guarentee any nut contamination.
