About the Event
Welcome to My Rainbow Kitchen. I look forward to welcoming your child or children to Lottie & Emma's Macaron Party! I would be grateful if you could complete all information before attending the party.
During the party, your child to learn about ‘good’ food and to explore new flavours in an educational and fun way.
We will cover aspects of simple nutrition, food science, seasonality and where ingredients originate from.
We will discuss food safety to ensure your child is safe!
To begin with your child will prepare their Macaron Mixture and will cover the basics of using egg whites in baking. We will pipe the macarons followed by baking and filling them with their homemade buttercream or ganache. These will be carefully packed to take home so that the girls can share their gourmet creations with family.
The girls will then have a meal of Fresh Homemade Pizza followed by that all important celebratory Birthday cake. We plan to eat towards the end of the party around 4-4.15pm so please ensure your children have had a snack or lunch before hand.
Drop of & Pick up: Please drop your children at the address provided. The party hosts or I will be available to welcoming your child. Pick up is also from outside the premises. If the party is delayed or runs over there may be upto a 10 minute wait.
Covid Info: All children are requested to take a lateral flow test either at a community testing centre or at home within 48 hours of attending the party. Please do not send your child if they or any other household member are experiencing covid related symptoms.
Allergen information: this course uses wheat and dairy and all though nuts are not used I cannot guarentee any nut contamination.
