NEW! Kids Saturday Morning Cook Club - Delicious Chocolate Eclairs (8-13 years old)

I am introducing a few Saturday morning cook classes due to the success of our Holiday cook clubs for Children. These special classes will be held once or twice a month and for those who have a keen interest in Cooking and Baking

The class will encourage your child to learn about ‘good’ food and to explore new flavours in an educational and fun way. 

During the class we will cover 1 key recipe using quality ingredients.  We will informally discuss aspects of nutrition, food science, seasonality and where ingredients originate from where applicable

This key recipe will be utilising 1 or more essential cooking skill. For the Eclairs the children will learn how to make choux pastry and pipe them ready for baking. They will then learn how to make a Basic Creme Chanilly to fill their eclairs. They will then make a dark chocolate and white chocolate glaze and decorate their eclairs.

The children will be encouraged to taste their gourmet creations as well as taking home to share with their families..
