MDS Dim Sum Booking & Payment Form (Corporate Event)

Thankyou for booking a Middle-Eastern masterclass with buffet at My Rainbow Kitchen

The package includes:

• A non alcoholic welcome drink, some dry nibbles ie nuts, crisps, crackers, soft drinks (11am)
• 2 hr Cooking Masterclass (11.30am-1.30pm)
• Buffet serving food from the class (and extra quantities to cater for 11,  if not all food is cooked in time)
• Alcohol - This would include 1/2 bottle of white or red wine / 2 bottles of beer /unlimitted soft drink or water per person
• All participants will be given name badges and my company aprons to wear on the day
• All participants will get a full introduction to spice blending, detailed notes and recipes
