Kids Half Term Cook Club: Spooky Pizzas and Ghoulish Cookies

The class will encourage your child to learn about ‘good’ food and to explore new flavours in an educational and fun way. 

During the class we will cover 2-3 recipes using quality ingredients.  We will informally discuss aspects of nutrition, food science, seasonality and where ingredients originate from. Each recipe will be utilising 1 or more essential cooking or kitchen skill. 

In this Special Halloween inspired class your children will learn to make Bread Dough from scratch for their Spooky Pizzas . They will learn about the science of Baking with Yeast. They will make up their own Tomato Sauce before decorating their pizzas with a variety of toppings.  For the Goulish Cookies we will focus on the fundamentals of Biscuit making and Icing techniques. 

Your children will be encouraged to taste their gourmet creations as well as taking home to share with their families..
