Kids Easter Cook Club - Homemade Ravioli & Chocolate Meringue Nests
Kids will love making their own Pasta and Fillings for their Ravioli followed by Chocolate Meringue Nests - an early Easter Treat!

About the Event
Welcome to my Early Easter Cook Club Special!
The aim of my club is to encourage your child to learn about ‘good’ food and to explore new flavours in an educational and fun way. During a typical sessions we will cover 2-3 recipes using quality ingredients. We informally discuss aspects of nutrition, food science, seasonality and where ingredients originate from.
Each recipe will be utilising 1 or more essential cooking skill. In this Easter Special the children will make their make their own Pasta dough and an option of 2 types of filling: Meaty Bolognese or Spinach & Ricotta. They will roll and fill their pasta dough then cook perfectly to 'al dente'. They will top this with some fresh tomato sauce and that all important grating of parmesan!
They will then make their Chocolate Merigue Nests. These will be filled with Creme Chantilly and decorated with Chocolate Shavings and mini eggs.
The children will be encouraged to taste their gourmet creations as well as taking home to share with their families.
All children are requested to take a lateral flow test either at a community testing centre or at home within 48 hours of attending your class.
Please do not send your child if they or any other household member are experiencing covid related symptoms.

This class is suitable for Children 9 years and above. Teens are also welcome!
