Dear Parents,

Welcome to My Rainbow Kitchen’s Chinese Masterclass!

For those new to my classes, my name is Sayjel Patel. I am a certified chef and dietitian with 10 years of experience teaching children’s cookery. My goal is to inspire children to explore new flavours and learn about "good food" in an educational and enjoyable environment.

In this session, we will be celebrating the Year of the Horse. Students will learn about Chinese and Korean ingredients while discovering common dim sum dishes.

Our skill-filled menu includes:

- Spring Rolls: Students will prepare a vegetable filling, master the art of wrapping, and fry their rolls to crispy perfection. They will also create a custom dipping sauce with less sugar than store-bought versions.
