Karen's 60th Cooking Birthday Party - A Malaysian Masterclass (Invitation Only)

Welcome to My Rainbow Kitchen. 

I look forward to welcoming you to Karan’s Malaysian Cooking Party to celebrate a very special 60th Birthday!  I would be grateful if you could complete all information before attending the party.

This cooking class  will take your party on a delicious voyage of discovery through Malaysian cuisine, leaving you with all the skills & techniques in order to whip out an incredible array of  hot & cold dishes for you to indulge in.

Where possible we will be using local seasonal ingredients and I will give suggestions on how each recipe can be modified though-out the seasons. Both Vegetarian and Non Vegetarian dishes will be made. Please do state if any you have any other dietary restictions so that menus can be tweaked if need be.

Following your class you will then enjoy the fruits of your labour in a post class buffet. 

All participants are requested to take a home lateral flow test within 48 hours of attending your class. Please do not attend if you or any family members are experiencing flu symtoms.

Allergen information: this course uses wheat and dairy. I may be able to substitute ingredients, so please specify on your booking form.
