Jane's Celebratory Indian Vegan Cooking Class - PRIVATE BOOKING

Welcome to My Rainbow Kitchen. I look forward to welcoming you My Vegan Cookery Class.

To begin with, I will give you an introduction to key ingredients and hacks in creating the right balance of flavour for Vegan Indian Cuisine. I will demonstrate the spices and ingredients used to create authentic dishes. Together we will then create a special celebratory Indian meal for you all to enjoy following your class.

Where possible I will be using local seasonal ingredients and will give suggestions on how each recipe can be modified throughout the seasons.

Please do not attend if you or any household member are experiencing flu or covid related symptoms.
