Holiday Cook Club - Easter Bakes: Enriched Sweet Yeasted Dough Workshop

Welcome to my 'My Rainbow Kitchen' Easter Holiday Cookery Classes. I will be running approximately 2-3 children's Holiday Classes this Easter for different age groups.

For those that don’t know me already, my name is Sayjel Patel and I am a qualified chef and dietitian. I have been running children's cookery classes for the past 10 years. The aim of my club is to encourage your child to learn about ‘good’ food and to explore new flavours in an educational and fun way. We informally discuss aspects of nutrition, food science, seasonality and where ingredients originate from. Each recipe will be utilising 1 or more cooking skills.
