Half Term 'Chinese New Year' Cook Club - Dim Sum Special

Welcome to my 'My Rainbow Kitchen' Holiday Cookery Classes. 

For those who don't know me yet, my name is Sayjel Patel, and I am a certified chef and dietitian. For the past 10 years, I have been conducting children's cookery classes. My club aims to inspire your child to learn about ‘good food’ and to explore new flavors in an educational and enjoyable manner. We casually discuss nutrition, food science, seasonality, and the origins of ingredients. Each recipe will incorporate one or more cooking skills.

For my Chinese New Year Half Term Class, we are celebrating The Year of the Horse! The students will learn about Chinese and Korean dim sum.
