Family Pizza Class (Private Event)

Thankyou for booking a Bespoke Family Cooking Class. You are in for a real treat!!

The aim of my family classes  are to encourage you and  your children to learn about ‘good’ food and to explore new flavours in an educational and fun way. 

During a this session we will cover the art of pizza making.  We informally discuss aspects of nutrition, food science, seasonality and where ingredients originate from.

You will learn to make a yeasted bread dough from scratch and will learn about the science of baking with yeast to create a crispy but light pizza base. You will make up an authentic tomato sauce before preparing a variety of traditional Italian toppings. We will be using local seasonal ingredients where possible. You will then be taught how to stretch and shape the dough and then top and bake the pizzas to perfection.

For my classes, you are requested to take a home covid test within 48 hours of attending your class.

Please do not attend if you or any household member are experiencing flu or covid related symptoms.
