Easter Holiday Cook Club - Viva Italia

Welcome to my 'My Rainbow Kitchen' Easter Holiday Cookery Classes. 

For those that don’t know me already, my name is Sayjel Patel and I am a qualified chef and dietitian. I have been running children's cookery classes for the past 10 years. The aim of my club is to encourage your child to learn about ‘good’ food and to explore new flavours in an educational and fun way. We informally discuss aspects of nutrition, food science, seasonality and where ingredients originate from. Each recipe will be utilising 1 or more cooking skills.

In the third and final of our Easter Classes, we will be going to Italy for our cuisine inspiration! The children will learn about Italian Flavours and common filled pasta shapes such as  Tortellini,  Tortelloni, Agnolotti, Cannelloni and of course Ravioli which we will be making.
