About the Event

This Vegan Masterclass will take you and your team on a delicious voyage of discovery in plant based cuisine, leaving you all with all the skills & techniques in order to whip out an incredible array of plant based dishes in the future.

In a world of vegan ready-meals and fast food claiming to be authentic, I will show you all how cooking from scratch tastes the best and is definately healthier for you!

Your team can experience varied and flavour-packed plant based cuisine first hand, and learn the entire cooking process for creating a variety of dishes from start to finish in just a few hours.

Where possible we will be using local seasonal ingredients and I will give suggestions on how each recipe can be modified throughout the seasons.

I will give you an introduction to key ingredients and hacks in creating the right balance of flavour. I will also be demonstrating which ingredients to avoid in plant based cooking and what key ingredients to include to ensure an adequate proteins mineral & vitamin intake.

 We will split the team up into 2-3 sub teams whereby each team will create 2 dishes each.

Thereafter you will enjoy the fruits of your labour by feasting on combined gourmet creations in a sit down buffet along with paired beverages.

Programme for the day:

2pm - Welcome Drink  + Plant based Introduction + Demonstration

2.30-4.30pm - Vegan Masterclass

4.30-5.30/6pm - Sit down Buffet Dinner and Paired Beverages

Please do not attend if you or any other household member are experiencing covid or flu symptoms.

Allergen information: this course uses wheat and dairy. We may be able to substitute ingredients, so please specify on your registration form.
