CLASS FULLY BOOKED! Kids Summer Cook Club - Cheese & Pepperoni Stuffed crust Pizza & Salted Caramel Ice-cream Sundaes

Welcome to my series of Summer Cook Clubs. 

This Summer we will be doing things a bit differently. In addition to learning classic dishes we will be attempting some Fast food hacks and recipes that your kids will love. Kids will get to create their favourite fast food or takeaway favourites incorporating key culinary skills and there will not be an E number in sight!!  

The aim of my clubs are to encourage your child to learn about ‘good’ food and to explore new flavours in an educational and fun way. During a typical sessions we will cover 2-3 recipes using quality ingredients.  We informally discuss aspects of nutrition, food science, seasonality and where ingredients originate from.

In this All American Fast Food Summer Special the kids will make their make their own Cheese & Pepperoni Stuffed Crust Pizza from scratch. They will prepare their Yeast based Pizza Dough, prepare their fillings (including a Fresh Tomato Sauce) and bake to perfection in an authentic Pizza Oven. They willl create their own Sour Cream Dip to enjoy with their Pizza.

We will also be making a Salted Caramel Icecream, Toffee Sauce and Butterscotch Popcorn for our Ice-cream Sundaes. These will be assembled in a takeaway Sundae cup!

All participants will be encouraged to taste their gourmet creations as well as taking home to share with their families.

I will be offering 6 classes this Summer Holiday. All class dates will be announced by the end of June!

During this period,  If you book  2 classes for the same child then 3rd class will be 25% off. If you are able to book more than 3 classes then can offer a better discount. Please do contact me for codes to apply at checkout if interested in block booking.

I will also be advertising an Autumn Term Classes starting in September running on Saturdays (2hours). This will also help any of those participating in The Duke of Adinbourough Awards. If interested for your child to join please do let me know!

For my classes, All children are requested to take a lateral flow test either at a community testing centre or at home within 48 hours of attending your class.

Please do not send your child if they or any other household member are experiencing covid related symptoms.

These class is suitable for Children 9 years and above.  Teens are also welcome!
