About the Event
Corporate Booking for 11 people on 10th October covering all aspects of Fermatation.
Each delegate will learn to make and take home:
A bottle of Kombucha (and a Scoby to continue their Kombucha Journey)
A bottle of Lacto Fermented Preserves
A bottle of Lacto Fermented Condiment
A further demonstration of one other Preserve inaddition to  a Sourdough Fermented Batter will be given.
Taster Samples and Soft Drinks Included during the class.
All recipes will be provided and follow assistance (via email) following the class.
Additional extras:
Canapes
Wine or BubblesÂ
Other Lacto fermented items ie Fermented Mustard, Chilli Sauce, Pickles will be avaible to buy to take home inaddition to jars of  Clint Yeastwood (my trusted RYE Sourdough starter) and Doughy Kardashian (my WHITE Sourdough Starter)
All to be agreed by Chaney Studio.
