About the Event
Welcome to My Rainbow Kitchen. I look forward to welcoming you My Thai Cookery Class.
Where possible I will be using local seasonal ingredients and will give suggestions on how each recipe can be modified throughout the seasons.
I will give you an introduction to key ingredients and hacks in creating the right balance of flavour. Together we will create a special celebratory Thai 3 course menu for you to enjoy following your class.
