BP Indian Master Class & Buffet (Registration Form)

This Indian Masterclass will take you and your team on a delicious voyage of discovery in Indian cuisine, leaving you all with all the skills & techniques in order to whip out an incredible array of Indian dishes in the future.

In a world of ready-meals and sauces claiming to be authentic, I will show you all how cooking from scratch tastes the best!

Your team can experience varied and flavour-packed Indian Cuisine first hand, and learn the entire cooking process for creating a variety of dishes from start to finish in just a few hours.

Where possible we will be using local seasonal ingredients and I will give suggestions on how each recipe can be modified throughout the seasons.

I will give your team an introduction to Indian ingredients and traditional spices in creating the right balance of flavour. We will split the team up into 2-3 sub teams whereby each sub team will create 2-3 dishes each.

Thereafter you will then enjoy the fruits of your labour by feasting on your gourmet creations in a sit down buffet along with paired beverages.

All participants are requested to take a lateral flow test at home within 48 hours of attending your class. Please do not attend if you or any other household member are experiencing covid related symptoms.

Allergen information: this course uses wheat and dairy. We may be able to substitute ingredients, so please specify on your registration form.
