About the Event
I'm so excited to welcome you to the Eclairs' Masterclass at My Rainbow Kitchen! This class is designed to be a fun and engaging experience where you'll learn the art of making perfect éclairs from scratch.
During the class, I will provide a detailed demonstration on how to create choux pastry. Following the demonstration, you'll work in teams to create your own éclairs. Each team will have the creative freedom to choose their preferred fillings and toppings. Your finished éclairs will be judged not only on taste, appearance, and balance of flavors, but also on your team's organisation and effective collaboration.
After all your hard work, we'll celebrate your culinary achievements with a delicious Middle Eastern buffet and refreshing drinks. To top it all off, you'll get to enjoy your freshly made éclairs at the end of the meal, giving you the perfect opportunity to critique and, of course, devour…
