80th Birthday Vegetarian Class (Invitation Only)

This Vegetarian Masterclass will give you the tools you need to create healthy affordable and tasty vegetarian dishes both for daily family meals and entertaining.

In a world of ready-meals and sauces claiming to be authentic, I will show you all how cooking from scratch tastes the best!

Your team can experience varied and flavour-packed vegetaian meals first hand, and learn the entire cooking process for creating a variety of dishes from start to finish in just a few hours.

Where possible we will be using local seasonal ingredients and I will give suggestions on how each recipe can be modified throughout the seasons.

We  will create 3 dishes in total or 3 courses which will be packaged up for you to take home at the end of the evening.

For my classes, you are requested to take a home covid test within 48 hours of attending your class.

Please do not attend if you or any household member are experiencing flu or covid related symptoms.
